1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items (perfumes, skincare if opened)
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Clothing with tags removed or signs of wear

3. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to return an item:

  1. Contact our customer service at returns@gailine.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Pack the item securely and ship it to our returns center
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

5. Shipping Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. Contact our support team, and we'll arrange a replacement shipment. If there's a price difference, we'll adjust your account accordingly.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage
  • We will send a replacement or full refund at no cost
